Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garments are unworn.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
